Biodegradable packaging production process

The company has complete production equipment, with more than 300 sets of production equipment. In accordance with the GMP requirements for the production license of food plastic packaging, eight 100,000-grade ultra-clean food bag production workshops and 300,000-grade ultra-clean film blowing, cast film, printing, laminating, and injection molding workshops, each about 30,000 square meters, have been established. Product quality and technological level are among the leading in the same industry domestically. In recent years, Chongxi Company has introduced a large number of automated, high-precision, and high-speed large-scale production equipment to achieve excellent quality with excellent craftsmanship, thereby consolidating the company's strength and strengthening its competitive advantage.

The production base has a 12,000-square-meter central warehouse with a height of 14 meters. Half of the warehouse is equipped with (stereoscopic shelves). After IQC incoming material inspection, raw materials are stored by batch and storage location to ensure first-in, first-out. Cameras are installed at each entrance and exit and at every internal angle of the warehouse to strictly control personnel access and ensure that raw materials and products are in good storage conditions.
