Printed composite film rice and flour bags
Product Composition: This product consists of a three-layer co-extruded blown PE film. The outer layer is a multi-colored (up to nine colors) printed biaxially oriented nylon film. The inner layer is food-grade heavy-duty polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, or metallocene linear low-density polyethylene, complying with FDA 21CFR177.1520 or GB 9691-1988. The layers are combined using food-packaging-grade polyurethane adhesive via dry or solvent-free lamination. Handles and closures are added to form the bag.

Combines an outer layer of BOPA nylon film with low carbon dioxide and oxygen permeability (50ml/m²·24h·1atm) and an inner layer of PE film with high moisture resistance, preventing food spoilage and significantly extending shelf life;
Produced with select raw materials and professional techniques, ensuring excellent strength, toughness, puncture resistance, and load-bearing capacity for safe and hygienic food packaging;
Produced in a 100,000-grade cleanroom with a fully automated bag-making production line;
Beautifully printed, with no solvent residue;
