Product Composition: The inner layer of this product is a three-layer co-extruded blown PE film produced from food-grade heavy-duty low-density polyethylene and metallocene linear low-density polyethylene that complies with FDA 21CFR177.1520 or GB 9691-1988. The outer layer is a composite film produced by dry lamination of biaxially oriented nylon film and a three-layer co-extruded blown PE film using food-grade polyurethane adhesive. The three-piece bottle cap is injection-molded from food-grade polyethylene that complies with FDA 21CFR177.1520 or GB 9691-1988 and is formed using a fully automatic welding nozzle bag-making production line.
